I just finished my assessment. What's next?

Once you finish your assessment. You should be given a list of consultation providers from your assessor. You have several options to contact us.

- Use the "Request Service" button 

Every consultation provider will need an authorization from your health plan to begin services. We can help with that by making the proper request to your county or case manager.

Once we received the authorization, we'll text you a specialize link to schedule your own appointment online with one of our consultants to begin the consultation process. Most sessions can be done right over the phone for your convenience.
